Handcrafted with care by our artisans, these new plaid cases add a new type of style to our traditional iPad cases. The beautiful plaid designs are all pressed into our highly durable book cloth for not only a great look but also durability. These cases are solid, compact, lightweight and feels great in your hands. All cases have our multi angle view engineered board, making horizontal viewing easy at your desk or in bed.

All our iPad cases are considered Smart Covers, which turns your iPad on and off with the opening and closing of the cover, a fabulous battery-saving element! The only exceptions would be if you choose the Keyboard compatible option which has the Smart Cover function built into Apple’s Keyboard. The case is made with a slim profile durable polymer tray to secure your device. This offers protection for all device corners but includes open access to all ports and buttons.

All cases that can use the Apple Pencil will also come with an elastic Pen loop to secure it to the case.

Monogrammed Products: If you added a monogram to a stock product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).

Download our Return & Exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return shipment back to us.

If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).

I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT DO I DO?

If you didn't get an email confirmation, first, make sure which email address (if you have multiple) you used to make your purchase.

After you double checked your email, did you check your spam folder? If not, give that a look see and then make sure you whitelist our domain/email. We don't have any control over your email provider so sometimes it won't be delivered, if this is the case, contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you but make sure you take the following steps before giving us an email.

IS THE LEATHER YOU USE TO BUILD THE DODOCASE REAL GENUINE LEATHER?

Our Scholars Collection uses bonded leather. There is also the option to add bonded leather to your customized "build-a-DODO" case.

MY DODOCASE IS CRACKED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We do offer a one year warranty on all DODOcase products but those would have the new polymer trays now
