Helpful tip: You can enter your email address as the gift card recipient and receive the certificate yourself. That way you can deliver it at a later date either by forwarding the email on or printing the email gift card and hand delivering it.

I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT DO I DO?

If you didn't get an email confirmation, first, make sure which email address (if you have multiple) you used to make your purchase.

After you double checked your email, did you check your spam folder? If not, give that a look see and then make sure you whitelist our domain/email. We don't have any control over your email provider so sometimes it won't be delivered, if this is the case, contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you but make sure you take the following steps before giving us an email.

IS THE LEATHER YOU USE TO BUILD THE DODOCASE REAL GENUINE LEATHER?

Our Scholars Collection uses bonded leather. There is also the option to add bonded leather to your customized "build-a-DODO" case.

MY DODOCASE IS CRACKED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We do offer a one year warranty on all DODOcase products but those would have the new polymer trays now
