We don't have any control over your email provider so sometimes it won't be delivered, if this is the case, contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you but make sure you take the following steps before giving us an email.

IS THE LEATHER YOU USE TO BUILD THE DODOCASE REAL GENUINE LEATHER?

Our Scholars Collection uses bonded leather. There is also the option to add bonded leather to your customized "build-a-DODO" case.

MY DODOCASE IS CRACKED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We do offer a one year warranty on all DODOcase products but those would have the new polymer trays now
