These are not medical grade masks and should not be used as such. Our masks are meant to provide a level of protection for non-medical personnel as to not take medical grade supplies from doctors, nurses and support staff on the front lines.

Monogrammed Products: If you added a monogram to a stock product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
How to Return or Exchange
Download our Return & Exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return shipment back to us.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).

I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT DO I DO?
If you didn't get an email confirmation, first, make sure which email address (if you have multiple) you used to make your purchase.
After you double checked your email, did you check your spam folder? If not, give that a look see and then make sure you whitelist our domain/email. We don't have any control over your email provider so sometimes it won't be delivered, if this is the case, contact us and we will be happy to resend it for you but make sure you take the following steps before giving us an email.
IS THE LEATHER YOU USE TO BUILD THE DODOCASE REAL GENUINE LEATHER?
Our Scholars Collection uses bonded leather. There is also the option to add bonded leather to your customized "build-a-DODO" case.
MY DODOCASE IS CRACKED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We do offer a one year warranty on all DODOcase products but those would have the new polymer trays now
